The summer always go so fast. We ended the summer at a function at our local soda shop called Fizz Bizz, they had drinks for cheap and a rock climbing wall...the kids had a great time.
SCHOOL STARTS 2019
Its first grade for Macy and second grade for Teddy...we moved them to the school that they are zoned for. You can almost see the school from our front yard; which means the kids get to walk to school!!!Sally started her last first day of Preschool. She has been in preschool since she was 18 months old. Up in Rexburg she was part of the BYU Idaho preschool. This year, she is still doing twice a week up there and then 4 days a week down here in Rigby; because Sam works for the school district, we were able to get Sally into the Early Childhood Center preschool as a peer model and for free...so so nice!!!
TEDDY IS 8...I cannot believe that my oldest is 8...seriously where has the time gone. Teddy loves sports and making friends; he is such a good kid!!!In our church, when children turn 8 they have the chance to be Baptized; people can get baptized at any age past 8 but they is when they can start. Teddy made the choice to be baptized. It was nice to have family come. We sure are grateful for Teddy.
We love Grandpa and Grandma Philllips; they came from Arkansas
We have such a wonderful support system here!!!
Ampa and Ahma came all the way from FLORIDA!!!
In October I was able to go down to Utah for a mission reunion and for a session of general conference. I had a friend that I met on my mission come up for the women's session. It was nice to see some great people.
The Crockett's; they are some of my most favorite people. They influences my life so much when I was a missionary in Texas. It was one of the hardest things that I have ever done and I am grateful for them. A portion of the gang that came!!!
Dawna, Me, Jennifer and Crystal!!!
Dawna is so special to me; she is such an amazing woman and I am grateful for her.
Teddy got to do the pinewood derby this year with the scouting program. It was his first and last because our church is breaking ties with the scouting organization. Guess what, he WON!!!
I didn't get a good Halloween picture this year...but we did get a group one at the trunk or treat at our local car dealership...
Macy was a cat, Teddy was a skeleton and Sally was a witch!!!
The company that we purchased our house from always has a holiday party; this year it was at a movie theatre in Idaho Falls, we got to see Frozen II; it was just me and the kids. They did pretty good. Sally fell asleep close to the end but it went good!!!
Our community put together a live nativity this year. It was such a big production. They asked our family to be shepherds because Sam has a beard. We started out over by the sheep but there was a gentleman there who was kinda overbearing and not letting us say what we were told to say; so they moved us over to be with the wise men. It was a really cool thing that they did.
SANTA
Timid Girl!!!
SANTA X2-fun with Friends
Still a little timid for Sally but hey, she got up there!!!
Sometimes they just ask for their pictures to be taken...or maybe I ask them...haha...not sure, but Im glad I have these goofballs...
There you have it...2019 in a review!!!
