First Half of 2017

I will explain a little bit, but I will mostly let the pictures tell the story of the first half of this year!!!

Macy became a sunbeam in January; she was so excited to be in the big primary

The older kids were having a hard time staying in their room at night; so we did a chart that gave them a reward if they could stay in their bed the whole night for a week; it took a little while but they were able to get it all done.

  BUT this sweet girl started to make her home in my bed; she would sleep in her crib for nap time but would not sleep in her bed at night time. I am all for kids crying it out in their bed, but she learned to cry so hard she would throw up; I would rather have her sleep with me than have to clean up barf.

Our friend Jessica lived in a place that had an indoor pool, we should have utilized it more but the few times we went; the kids loved it

SISTERS!!!

Beauty and the Beast; we took the older two kids and left Sally with a sitter. They were a little scared but made it through. 

I got to coach Teddy and Macy in soccer; they were on the same team. It went okay. I think they loved playing but I did not love coaching; I hope to stay on the sidelines in the future. 

My parents were married in Idaho Falls, and we got to go to through it for an open house before it was rededicated . Its always fun to show the kids the inside of a temple.

 EASTER BEST

 Macy turned 4 on Easter Sunday; we got to celebrate Jesus and Macy. 

Easter Egg hunt with Karey and Liam

 It snowed in May and then a week later it was sunny and I was running the stairs at the bleachers; crazy Idaho bipolar weather. 

 

The last weekend in May there is a special event where you can go and ride the carousel for free; the kids and I have gone the last few years and it was a good time this year too. 

GOLF; its something that we do alot during the summers. We have a small municipal course by our small airport; haha...all the kids fit in one cart but I normally walked the course since it was small. Good Times 

Monster truck show with Teddy

I went with some ladies from church to a girls night; it was a dance party and I felt awkward most of the evening, because I do not dance but I was glad to get away for an evening. 

My husband graduated with his bachelors degree in April; he majored in History and applied to get his masters at Idaho State =)

Grandpa Phillips came into town for the graduation and we spent some time at the park on the baseball field; this picture had three generations. 

We celebrated 8 years of marriage!!! 

Sally turned TWO

Mothers day; I love these kids. They try me every day but they are my everything. 

 Teddy started baseball; he had such a blast. It was T-ball but sometimes the coach would try and pitch it to him; he did well. Macy on the other hand, got a little board and once time fell asleep! haha
