June: Work, Dance and Football

Something this summer that has been difficult is working; the last 3 summers I have had off and it was so nice. Having to sit at my desk and work has been so hard, but its nice to get a bigger paycheck and I am able to help support my little family. We are still in debt but I am trying to get us out and better.

The last week of June, my husband was in Boise for a baseball camp and Teddy headed to Boise with a friend for the first annual Idaho Bowl. Kids from across the state were put into two teams and they stayed on campus at Boise State for 3 days. They practiced and heard from motivational  speakers. The game was on Saturday. The girls and I drove over Friday after I finished work. It ended up being super cool; Teddy did so well. He scored a touch down and had some other great carries. I think he liked it too but was super tired after.

The day we left for Boise, the girls also had their summer showcase for dance. Macy did ballet and tried out Jazz and Sally did hip hop. Their performance was awesome.

While in Boise we stayed at my sisters and went to a Family Fun Center called Wahooz, my husband and the kids got the unlimited pass and had a blast.

Ended the night with some MOD pizza. I have been trying so hard to do good with my eating. I have been doing mostly protein, veggies and fruit. I got the cauliflower crust and added some goodies on top. It was yummy.
