Wheatland Wyoming

Taylor's first area on his mission was in a small town in Wyoming called Wheatland. The drive way (or road) of the home that he lived on 6 miles from the Highway and the town was another 12 miles on the highway... It was really in the middle of nowhere, but it was so fun. The people there loved Taylor and we came to love them as well... here are just some pictures to highlight The first thing that Taylor showed us when we got there was this zip line across a river... He did it a few times and then asked if anyone else wanted to go, of course I tried it... Going across the river is a breeze cause there is a slight slant, but coming back is really hard. You have to get a good start and push off... Well I sorta did not get a good push and made it across, but then slipped back a little and fell in the water. This picture is of me the second time doing it, as you can see by the big black mark on my bum... I made it this time!!!
One of my favorie parts of this trip to Wyoming was that we got to ride horses... When I was a freshman in High School I fell off a horse and cracked my tailbone... I have gotten back on a horse since but not really where I could actually get out and go fast... I have to say that it took a while to get use to, and the first horse that I had was very stubborn and the stirrups were to long, so it was not that fun. I then got on the best horse ever... I trotted some and actually galloped, it felt so good... Horses are my favorite animal, I would love to own one someday...
